About Dr. Wells
Sean D. Wells, MD, is an established physician who is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. He has more than 20 years of experience as a neuroradiologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral compression fractures as well as many other conditions of the head, neck, and spine.
Dr. Wells received his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He then went on to complete both his residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Wells has treated over 3000 spinal compression fractures, was one of the first physicians in the area to perform both vertebroplasty and sacroplasty, and is among the most experienced and talented physicians in the country in the treatment of these fractures. He also performs several other minimally invasive procedures to help diagnose and treat neck and back pain.
Dr. Wells feels very blessed to have been able to return home after completing his training and has been with Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky and on staff at St. Elizabeth Healthcare serving patients throughout Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region ever since.
